Meet the

systems partner

behind StructFlows.

StructFlows is a business systems and workflow automation consultancy. We help growing teams organize messy operations through ClickUp workspace setup, project management systems, CRM structure, SOP documentation, dashboards, and connected tools — so work stops depending on memory and starts running on a system.

THE FOUNDER STORY

Built from real operations work, not theory

Karen is the founder of StructFlows and a project management consultant and business systems consultant with 5+ years of experience across operations, IT systems, and workflow automation. Before StructFlows, she worked as an IT & Operations Manager, where she got hands-on with ClickUp, Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Softr, and the everyday tools that keep a team running.

StructFlows started from that hands-on experience helping teams bring structure to messy internal operations — when work was scattered across emails, meetings, spreadsheets, chats, and disconnected tools. Over time, a pattern became clear: most teams don't need more software. They need cleaner systems, clearer workflows, better documentation, and automation that supports how the team actually works.

Today, Karen works directly with founders and operations leads as a hands-on systems partner — someone who understands both the technical setup and the operational problems behind it.
